Betty Ford Nightlife: Rager in Lindsay's Room!

Lindsay Lohan and some of her pals had a party in rehab, according to reports. There is NO evidence Lindsay was drinking, but this is still a great story.
The train wreck's roommates had a party a week ago last Saturday night, one in which the booze was flowing and got the girls into a heap of trouble.
Staying at a satellite house at the Betty Ford Clinic, Linds and her buds were "drinking heavily" when the Betty Ford peeps found out and busted them.

A GREAT SHOT: This is an old Lindsay Lohan photo. It was not taken during the aforementioned party in rehab. Still pretty funny and appropriate, we felt.

The roommates were moved back to the main facility, which has more supervision. Later, Lindsay was told she could not leave the area for Christmas.
Again, there's no evidence LiLo was drinking. Let's be clear there.
Just the same, the troubled actress finds herself back at the main Betty Ford facility too, not for punishment, supposedly, but for "intensive therapy."
Extra supervision should help with the stalker situation, too.

Rob and Amber Mariano Welcome Second Child!

At the live Survivor: Nicaragua finale reunion show on Sunday, three-time alum Rob Mariano had his own reveal for the audience - the expansion of his own tribe.
Carina Rose Mariano was born to Rob and fellow Survivor legend Amber Mariano on December 10, joining sister Lucia Rose, 17 months, in a girl-power alliance.
“I’m definitely outnumbered now!” says "Boston" Rob with a laugh.

Rob, Amber and their little girls are allied for life.

“It’s exciting and fun. I always thought I would have boys, but as a father, when your kids are healthy and happy, that’s the important thing.”
Indeed. Amber’s delivery, which came two weeks late, sounds as daunting as any Survivor challenge. Congratulations to the happy couple.

J. Lo Sex Tape Release Blocked Again; Ojani Noa Sad

Poor Ojani Noa.
Dude just can't seem to cash in on his ex-wife thanks to pesky judges who keep on blocking the release of his honeymoon tape with Jennifer Lopez.
Yes, J. Lo was once married to some dude named Ojani Noa, and yes, there is a honeymoon tape. Calling it a J. Lo sex tape is kind of a misnomer.
More on that in a moment.
Lopez has been fighting tooth and nail to keep her private life with her first ex-husband private, and yesterday, a judge’s ruling helped her cause.
An L.A. Superior Court judge is keeping a ban in place against Ojani Noa, saying he can’t release his private home videos of J. Lo, the AP reports.
Thus ends his long-awaited chance to cash in.

Judge James C. Chalfant said he will issue an injunction against anyone distribute the videos, while Jennifer sued Noa last month for $10 million.
She claimed Ojani was in breach of the terms of their divorce and a confidentiality agreement. Looks like a judge agreed and the tape is kaput.
Not that it was even that racy, according to her attorney, who denies the Jennifer "sex tape" even contains any sexual situations with Ojani Noa.
"There wasn't anything close to sex in it," Lopez's attorney John Lavely said. "We never alleged that. But it's private and personal to my client."
The footage has scenes from the ex-couple's marriage in Florida and honeymoon in Cuba, Noa's film partner Claudia Vazquez previously stated.
Jennifer and Ojani married in 1997, but stayed together for only 11 months afterward. She went on to marry Cris Judd and then Marc Anthony.

Lorenzo Lamas and Shawna Craig: Still Engaged!

Move over, Kate Middleton and Prince William.
You don't have a monopoly on April weddings. Lorenzo Lamas says he will exchange vows with his fiancee Shawna Craig on April 30 of next year.
"It's going to be amazing. We found a beautiful hotel in Cabo. We're in touch with the general manager to make it really, really special," he said.

Sounds like these two are going strong!

"It's gonna be small - we're not inviting a lot of people," said Lorenzo Lamas, 52, of his wedding to Shawna Craig, 23. "Just family and friends."
The ceremony will mark the fifth time the Leave It to Lamas star (a father of six) has tied the knot; his most recent spouse was Shauna Sand.
On April 18, his daughter Shayne Lamas, 25, celebrates a year of marriage to TheDirty (dot) com founder Nik Richie ... if they make it that long.

You can sue anyone here in America, but a lawsuit filed against Jennifer Lopez by the girlfriend of her first husband Ojani Noa may take the frivolous cake.
Claudia Vazquez filed a $10 million suit against the American Idol judge, claiming that Lopez "attempted to torpedo a movie" about Ojani Noa's life.
A few thoughts:

Is this the J. Lo sex tape he tried to peddle last year?
How would Lopez torpedo a movie about him exactly?
Who the HELL would watch a movie about OJANI NOA?!

Ojani Noa was one of several people briefly married to Jennifer Lopez.

Lady Gaga Named MTV Woman of the Year

MTV has declared the incomparable Lady Gaga its Woman Of The Year for 2010, despite the singer not even releasing a new album in the last 12 months.
The network said Gaga's chart success, advocacy for gay rights and controversial videos (i.e. for "Telephone" and "Alejandro") were why she got the nod.
MTV is also a network that does not actually play music videos, and whose awards are always 100 percent arbitrary, so why bother with justification?

WOMAN OF THE YEAR: MTV loves it some Lady Gaga.

"Lady Gaga didn't even release a proper album in 2010, and somehow managed to become an even bigger star," the network said in a statement.
Don't forget about her fashion contributions. The meat dress may have something to do with it. She was also the channel's Woman of the Year for 2009.
Lady Gaga will release her second full-length studio album Born This Way in 2011, preceded by an unannounced lead single in February. Can't wait!

Critics will nitpick everything he does, but Chris Brown has been nothing but a model citizen since his February 2009 arrest for assault on Rihanna.
That said, this Twitter pic of the certificate he got for completing a court-mandated 52-week domestic violence course is sure to elicit reactions.
The only question in our mind: Frame it or put it on the fridge?

As if anticipating the obligatory "why post this when it's a reminder of the crap you did to end up in the program to begin with" question, he writes:
"i have enough self respect and decency to be proud of accomplishing this DV class.. Boyz run from there mistakes.. Men learn from them!!! thx"
Even more inspirational than these Kenny Powers quotes. Simply moving.
In all seriousness, good for him for moving on and putting his best foot forward. There will be skeptics, always, but his actions are doing the talking.

Justin Bieber is about to go country. For one song, at least.
The 16-year old pop sensation has Tweeted his intentions to collaborate with Rascal Flatts on an upcoming single, writing: "I love @RascalFlatts and Im honored that they are making music with me."

The mutual, musical respect is mutual. Said Rascal Flatts lead singer Gary LeVox:

"[Justin] asked us to do a duet with him on his next record. It's actually a really good song. The kid is really talented. He plays five or six different instruments really well."

Are you excited for this collaboration, Bieber fans? Can you picture Justin in a cowboy hat... and nothing else?!?

What bong controversy? Girlfriend is SO over it.
It's ALL GOOD for Miley Cyrus as she shoots So Undercover in New Orleans, La. She's reportedly been working hard ... but even workaholics need a break.
Miles may be "all business" during filming, but off the set, she was spotted stopping into a tattoo parlor for some fresh, new body ink this weekend.

The 18-year-old hit Saks Fifth Avenue with makeup artist Denika Bedrossian for some retail therapy. She was all smiles, snapping photos with local fans.
An E! source reports that Cyrus "could not have been any nicer to us or more down to earth. She was just like any normal girl shopping with her friend."
Later that night, the singer partied with fans and someone shot another Miley bong video. Kidding. But she did get matching tattoos with Bedrossian.
Sources say both were sporting small bandages on the top of their hands near their middle fingers. Perfect to show off while flipping off the haters.

Sarah Palin Takes Swipe at Michelle Obama Again

Sarah Palin really does not appreciate Michelle Obama's campaign to keep America's youth from becoming morbidly obese down the line. Stupid government!
Having already lambasted Michelle over her childhood nutrition initiative, the mighty caribou slayer brought it up again Sunday on TLC's Sarah Palin's Alaska.
"Where are the s'mores? This is in honor of Michelle Obama, who said the other day we should not have dessert," a HILARIOUS, sarcastic Sarah Palin quips.

Her love for put-downs and pickin' fights instead of debating policy intricacies may explain why even ardent conservatives don't want her as president.
Just a theory.

Eva Longoria is getting divorced from Tony Parker following a shocking sexting scandal (thanks, Erin Barry) that rocked this seemingly perfect couple.
Because Sandra Bullock adopted a baby following her equally stunning split from Jesse James this year, In Touch thinks it would do Eva good, too.
The irony, of course, is that Bullock and James actually adopted Louis together, and agreed she would have sole custody after their split. Oh well:

The ridiculous thing, aside from the fact that this scandal pales in comparison to the Bullock-James-Michelle McGee drama, is the Eva photo they used.
At first glance, you'd actually assume Longoria posed for this, opening up to the publication about the divorce and her empowering maternal instincts.
In reality, it's likely years old. Come on, In Touch. Just because you're looking to recreate the Sandra Bullock scandal doesn't mean you can fool THG.

The holiday season got the best of us a little.
