Witness: Michael C. Hall "Fixated" on Butt of Julia Stiles

Might real life be imitating art for Michael C. Hall and Julia Stiles?
Just days after the former announced his divorce from co-star Jennifer Carpenter, a source says he was spotted looking very cozy with Stiles, who recurred throughout season five on Dexter.

Did the romance between Michael C. Hall and Julia Stiles spill over from the Dexter set to the actor's bedroom?

According to a Showbiz Spy witness, “Michael was checking out Julia’s butt" at a recent event. Moreover, “He was fixated... He seemed fine. You would never tell his marriage had just collapsed.”

Hall was married to actress Amy Spanger for five years until 2006 and got hitched to Carpenter on New Year's Eve in 2008. He battled cancer earlier this year and is now in remission.

Eva Longoria-Tony Parker Divorce Still On ... For Now

Their divorce is moving forward, but it must be amicable if Eva Longoria flies across the country to be with Tony Parker. It can't be just for the Texas BBQ.
A TMZ picture shows Eva dressed in black and wearing a black hat at Rudy's Country Store and Bar-B-Q, just north of San Antonio. Tony met her there.
Even in light of the Erin Barry scandal, sources connected with the couple say Eva flew to Texas to spend time with Tony and that it was all very friendly.

The restaurant where they met is actually gas station with a BBQ pit out back. It's just a few miles from a huge house that Tony and Eva recently built.
Sources say Eva and Tony are still planning to divorce, but are back on good terms and would not rule out a chance for reconciliation completely ... yet.

Expect a Karissa Shannon sex tape to hit the market before the year is over.
Vivid Entertainment President Steve Hirsch has confirmed he's in possession of a video that features the former Playmate getting it on with boyfriend Sam Jones III. He describes the action as "extremely erotic" and says "a reputable third party" dropped the tape off in his office.
That's the first time Spencer Pratt has ever been referred to as "reputable."

Hirsch says he's "very impressed with the quality and content" of the tape. In other words: Shannon gets seriously naked and frisky in it!

Naturally, Karissa has claimed she wants the video back, and Jones said of Vivid's acquisition:

"I understand that the guy from Vivid saw footage with Karissa and I in it. We have spoken to our legal team and they will be dealing with this ASAP."

This, of course, is the typical song-and-sex-tape-dance. Just ask Kim Kardashian, Kendra Wilkinson and a number of other celebrities: you make a sex tape, you pretend it was accidently leaked or stolen, you threaten legal action and then you agree to a settlement for a large sum of money in exchange for the video's release.

Jones, a little-known actor, recurred for many years on The CW show Smallville. We wonder if that will be an apt name for this footage, as well, if you know what we mean!!!

People close to her and with knowledge of her recovery agree, and say the threat is so real that the Betty Ford clinic is taking measures to protect her.
Lohan has been receiving harassing phone calls and text messages from unknown numbers in recent days, with an unidentified person behind them.

Lindsay Lohan is being stalked, and not just by paparazzi.

The person behind the calls, whomever it might be, has been making disparaging statements about her recovery ... and her family. Guess that rules out MiLo.
Even scarier, the unknown person is saying he/she knows where Lindsay is staying and is watching her. Come on ... we all know she's staying at Betty Ford.
Still, officials are so concerned, they're moving their famous patient to a more secure, private facility and limiting her outings out of concern for her safety.

David Arquette Admits: I've Lost It

Following multiple public confessions regarding his separation from Courteney Cox, his post-marriage sex with Jasmine Waltz and his weekends of drunken behavior, David Arquette has finally admitted:
I've got a problem.
The actor phoned Howard Stern's radio show yesterday and acknowledged that he's having a "nervous breakdown, adding: "I've been drinking a lot... it's really a personal, traumatic thing... when I drink, I become a maniac."

In October, Arquette told the world how Cox said she was sick of acting like his mother in their marriage. But "I kind of need a mother right now," he says.

"I need a girl to come bring me some soup and make sure I'm all right. I like that, and I take care of my ladies, too."

Regarding his split from Cox, with whom Arquette has a daughter, he held nothing back:

"This is the hardest thing anyone has to go through... You wake up and the reality hits you."

Michael Vick is legally not allowed to own a dog.

He explains his unspeakably terrible cruelty to dogs in the past this way: “When I was younger I got caught up in dog fighting. It was something to do."
“I hate to use our culture as an excuse, but it is what it is. I love animals. I love dogs. I love birds. All types of animals. But it's the way I was brought up."

That person is Miley Cyrus.
A friend tells TMZ that Miley is shooting So Undercover in New Orleans and "doesn't care" about the scandal: "She's filming her movie and getting on with her life."

In a still shot from this widely-circulated video, Miley Cyrus lights one up.

However, Cyrus may need to release some kind of statement in the near future, as reaction continues to pour in.

Former child actress Melissa Gilbert, for example, thinks Miley herself is the one who released the video, seemingly to continue proving she's no longer the innocent star of Hannah Montana.

"These days, everyone with a cellphone is a paparazzo," Gilbert told AOL News. "How high do you have to be to let a friend film you? I think she wanted to get caught."

Multiple sources confirm that Anna Oliver, a longtime friend of Miley's, was the girl behind the camera. Did she release it to the media, though? No one can say for certain.

And was it even salvia? Gilbert doesn't believe so. "I think it was marijuana," she said, throwing yet another log onto the firestorm that Miley's silly action created.

Amber Portwood Denies Pregnancy Reports

Amber Portwood of Teen Mom fame is not pregnant again thank goodness.
"The rumors are absolutely false. I'm not pregnant," Portwood said in response to new rumors that Amber is pregnant and doesn't know who the dad is.
"I'm just working hard to be the best mom," she says of Leah, her 2-year-old with ex-fiance Gary Shirley. "I have no plans to have more kids anytime soon."

NOT PREGNANT: We can't verify the eight guys in two months part, but Amber Portwood is most definitely not carrying another baby inside her right now.

Amber, who is dating Clinton Yunker, was supposedly "rooting" for it to be Gary's baby because she feels they will be back together someday. Moot point now.
It's been a turbulent year. So much so, she's excited just to be back with her little girl again. For a brief period, Leah was under the State of Indiana's control.
After weeks apart, she and Leah reunited December 6 at Portwood's new home in Anderson, Ind. Portwood "is so excited to have Leah back!" a source said.

On The Rachael Ray Show Wednesday, Nick revealed his holiday plans with his fiance and hinted that the pair just might tie the knot.

"We're going to be in Cincinnati with family, and hopefully having a white Christmas there. We're going to be in Tuscany for New Year's," he said.
"Who knows, we may be married in Tuscany, too! I just basically told her, I said, 'Tell me when and where to be and what to wear, I'll be there.'"
If that happens, look for Jessica Simpson and Eric Johnson to wed January 2.

How do you bump your brother and his beautiful fiancee off the front page of every major newspaper around the world? For Prince Harry, that answer is simple:

Although the rumored affair between Harry and Catherine Ommanney took place in 2007, details are emerging now because the latter's nanny, Monica Herrero, recently spoke to Radar Online about the tryst.

"When she was really happy she would share things with me, like what happened with Prince Harry," says Herrero. "She would show me messages that he sent her, and she said that he wanted to take her hand and travel around the world."

Before moving to America in the summer of 2008 and marrying Charles Ommanney, a prize-winning photojournalist with Newsweek from whom she's now divorcing, Catherine did reside in London.

Herrero says "a car with a chauffeur came" on two separate occasions for her boss, who reportedly bragged about her dalliances with the younger prince.

Of one night together, Catherine said: "He was holding me off the floor, kissing me. I was absolutely speechless. I was against the wall, and he literally lifted me off the floor and gave me a lovely kiss which I was stunned by.

"It was a lovely kiss... Afterwards I didn't say anything. I was genuinely, completely blown away."

How did Catherine meet Harry? Via the former's interior design business, Herrero explains, although she adds: "I never saw her doing any work."

That's clearly because what Catherine was doing took place behind closed doors, Monica, if you know what we mean!!!

Kevin Spacey (Sort Of) Address Sexuality Speculation

It's long been speculated that Kevin Spacey is gay.
But the Oscar-winning actor has never confirmed or denied this rumor, choosing instead to actually keep his private life private. He made that decision again when interviewed this week by Kevin Sessums of The Daily Beast.
"I'm an American citizen and I have not given up my right to privacy," Spacey told Sessums, who is openly gay.

When pressed on the topic by Sessums, who clearly wants the actor to serve as some sort of activist or spokesperson, Spacey grew even more defiant.

"People have different reasons for the way they live their lives. You cannot put everyone's reasons in the same box. It's just a line I've never crossed and never will... at the end of the day, people have to respect people's differences."

Earlier this week, Adam Lambert spoke on how it can be a difficult balancing act for an openly gay artist to be looked at as a regular performer. Sometimes, all any reporter wants to talk about is his sexual preference.

Spacey has chosen to take the radical step of not sharing every aspect of his personal life with the media. In this Facebook age, that comes across as revolutionary, but it has to be respected, doesn't it?

Ryan Reynolds and Scarlett Johansson Tried, Failed to Work it Out

This is totally the most boring A-list celebrity divorce ever.
Scarlett Johansson and Ryan Reynolds, who surprised fans by confirming their separation earlier this week, did not split up amid any scandal.
Rather, they confronted the issues that distance created in their marriage, at first believing the relationship might not be irretrievably broken.
In the end, they amicably agreed it just wasn't happening.

The source says Johansson, in particular, was feeling the strain of drifting part, and that Reynolds tried hard to improve a difficult situation.
"At first it was ... let's fix this," a source says of the couple. "Then it got to the point where it was just, if it's not working, it's not working."
"He's an adult, and he finally just said they should stop."
The age difference – she is 26, he is 34 – may have been a factor: "She's young, and that played into how she's able to deal with things."
The couple decided "pretty recently" to divorce: "They're doing it this way because there's no drama, there's no cheating, there's no nothing. These are just two people who love each other who are not going to be together anymore."
As for the obligatory reports that Reynolds was involved with Blake Lively, his Green Lantern co-star, several sources insist it isn't true. "They worked together and got along really well," says a source. "But there's not more to it."
Reynolds reportedly plans to let Johansson file for divorce first. Following the dissolution of their two-year marriage, healing will take time.
"Ultimately, this is the best thing to keep both of them happy, healthy in the long run," the source says. "But yeah, he's sad. They both are."

Hulk Hogan got married to Jennifer McDaniel yesterday, a joyous occasion that was marred by an unusual incident:
During the ceremony, a security guard for the Hulkster confronted a photographed named Robert Martinez and asked him to stop snapping pictures. Martinez replied: "You're in my space and I'm carrying a gun."

As you might expect, such a response created mass panic and led to the involvement of the Clearwater Police Department.

Now, the security guard in question is apologizing for his role in the incident.

“I’m sorry it happened. It wasn’t meant to be in a bad way," Ron Howard told Radar Online. “I just wanted to politely ask the gentleman what he was doing because he looked very suspect, and I didn’t want anyone ruining my friend’s wedding so I just went out there on my own."

Winona Ryder on Mel Gibson Rants, Anti-Semitic & Homophobic Ways: Yup, Same Old Mel!

Many people were surprised by the Mel Gibson tapes - profanity-laced, racially and sexually derogatory tirades recorded by his ex-girlfriend - earlier this year.
Winona Ryder is not one of those people.
The 39-year-old actress reveals to GQ that Mel made similarly offensive (if not quite as heated) remarks about gays and Jews to her many years ago.

Recent revelations about Mel are very familiar to Winona.

"Fifteen years ago, I was at one of those big Hollywood parties. And he was really drunk," Ryder tells the magazine. "I was with my friend, who's gay."
"[Gibson] made a really horrible gay joke."
The Black Swan star says that wasn't even all: "Somehow it came up that I was Jewish ... He said something about 'oven dodgers,' but I didn't get it at first. I'd never heard that before. It was just this weird, weird moment."
Ryder says this introduced her to Gibson's dark side, captured in his infamous outbursts to Oksana Grigorieva, with whom he is battling for custody.
She says that when the story of the tapes first leaked, it didn't shock her: "I was like, 'He's anti-Semitic and he's homophobic.' No one believed me!"
Gibson has been accused of homophobia before this, too – he made derogatory comments in an early-'90s interview with Spanish newspaper El País.
He made anti-Semitic remarks after his epic DUI arrest in 2006 blaming Jews for all the world's problems. He also called a female cop "sugar t!ts."
Criminal or not ... guy needs SERIOUS help.

Kim Kardashian Resolves to Stay Single in 2011

Kim Kardashian has bad news for all professional athletes: she doesn't plan on dating again over the next calendar year.
"I want to try to be single my whole year of being 30," Kim said during an appearance on The Rachael Ray Show today. "I've never just dated and done whatever I wanted."

On one hand, Kim thinks remaining single will be simple - "I have a hundred different jobs," she lies. "When do I have time to really focus on someone?" - but on another, she's already backing off the statement she just made.

"I've made a promise to myself and I'm really trying hard to stick to it, but I'm such a hopeless romantic that it's hard. I don't think that's going to last, because that's just how I am. But the fact that I'm trying is a big step for me!"

We can think of one way to keep the men away, Kim: show them your family's frightening Christmas card.

Teen Mom star Amber Portwood may not be pregnant, but she is back to her old ways in another respect - attacking her ex and his new girlfriend!
Portwood physically attacked Gary Shirley for the second time this month, threatening his current girlfriend Ashley in the process Tuesday night.
Amber had bonded with Ashley after she thought her relationship with Leah's father had cooled. But when she learned it hadn't, girl went OFF.

UNHAPPY FAMILY: Tranquil, ordinary moments like this are few.

"Amber said Gary was sending her flowers and texting her, saying he hadn't been talking to Ashley," a source said, but once they got to Gary's house?
"Amber hit Gary for trying to play both of them."
The night soon turned even uglier when Amber, already facing felony battery charges for a prior, televised attack, realized he was still dating Ashley.
"When Amber learned that Gary was still communicating with Ashley, she got in Ashley's face like she was going to hit her," the source added.
After Ashley took Amber outside to calm down, the situation escalated once again when Amber accidentally locked herself out of her car. Awkward!
In a bizarre, but not surprising twist, Amber again directed her rage towards Gary Shirley after he began ripiing Ashley for hanging out with him.
"Amber was standing up for Ashley because he was talking sh*t, saying he was trying to use her to make Amber jealous," reports a source.
"Amber almost hit him a few more times because he was talking sh*t about Ashley. He later called Ashley and left a long apology."
"Amber was texting her all day with threatening messages like, 'Don't text me anymore for your sake.'"

Tony Romo and Candice Crawford: Engaged!

It's been a crazy few weeks of celebrity breakups, but Tony Romo was unfazed by it. The Dallas Cowboys quarterback got engaged to Candice Crawford!
Romo popped the question while celebrating her 24th birthday on Thursday. Candice Crawford is a sports reporter for KDAF ... the CW station in Dallas.
Appropriately, they first reported the engagement.

Oh, and Candice is the younger sister of Gossip Girl star Chace!

A former Miss Missouri, Candice began dating Tony Romo about a year ago. They've kept a fairly low profile since. She and Chace are Dallas-area natives.
Romo is now the second Jessica Simpson ex to get engaged in the last month. Eric Johnson also put a ring on Jessica Simpson, so she can't feel too awful.

Amy Locane Indicted For Manslaughter

Former Melrose Place star Amy Locane was indicted by a grand jury on charges of aggravated manslaughter for a June car crash that killed a motorist.
"I believe that the aggravated manslaughter charges against Amy Locane are inappropriate and misplaced," Locane's lawyer, Blair Zwillman, tells E! News.
"I believe that when all of the facts of the incident become known, Amy will be acquitted. She has confidence in the criminal justice system."

According to the original criminal complaint, Amy Locane admitted to police that she had been drinking wine before getting behind the wheel.

At around 9 p.m. on June 27, her 2007 Chevy Tahoe hit the passenger side of Fred Seeman's 2010 Mercury Milan as he was turning into a driveway. Helene Seeman, who was sitting in the passenger seat, was killed at the scene, according to poilce.
Authorities also said the fatal crash was Locane's second accident of the night. She was already suspected of rear-ending another vehicle miles away.
Locane, who just made our celebrity mug shots gallery as aresult, is facing up to five years for assault charge and 10-30 years for manslaughter.

Sam Lutfi: Harassing, Stalking Lindsay Lohan?!

Didn't see this one coming. Sources in Lindsay Lohan's camp say the person stalking her is none other than Sam Lutfi, Britney Spears' former "manager."
The stalker believed to be Sam has been harassing Lindsay Lohan through text messages and voicemail messages. We had no idea they were acquainted.
It's possible Lindsay didn't either.

Sam Lutfi is apparently still around ... and hounding Lindsay!

LiLo has been receiving ominous messages from someone who claims to be watching her. The Betty Ford Clinic is moving her to a more secure location.
Sam Lutfi was Spears' sole confidant just before she was placed on 5150 psychiatric hold. Britney's family believed Lutfi was enabling and drugging her.
Britney's conservators eventually obtained a restraining order against Lutfi, but he's recently been in close contact with none other than Michael Lohan.
In at least one text Lutfi sent to Lindsay, he falsely identifies himself as "Mike from TMZ" and warns her to distance herself from Dina Lohan or else.
Wouldn't you know it, the number on the text goes back to Lutfi.
Lutfi tells TMZ he didn't send the messages and that the people who rep Lindsay also repped Britney Spears and they're out to get him.
Yeah, because everyone thinks about you all the time, Sam.
Lutfi claims Lindsay has called him in the past, though sources connected with Lindsay Lohan say she doesn't know Lutfi at all. Lindsay's people have been in touch with Sam, warning him to stay away from her ... or else.

Julia Stiles Denies Role in Divorce Between Co-Stars

Michael C. Hall may have been fixated on the rear end of Julia Stiles at a recent party, but the actress wants to make something very clear: this doesn't mean she played any role in his split from Jennifer Carpenter.
Days after these Dexter stars announced their divorce, rumors sprung up that Hall's relationship with Stiles mirrored the naked one between their characters on season five of this Showtime hit.

Julia Stiles helped kill people on Dexter. But she insists on not committing any marital homicide for Michael C. Hall.

But Stiles has now released a statement in response to that chatter:

"I have absolutely nothing to do with the split between Michael and Jennifer. We are good friends and enjoyed working together.

"This is a personal matter between them, and we should respect their privacy. Although I too prefer to keep my private life private, I felt compelled to dispel the rumors I was somehow the cause for this matter."

Sam Jones III Pleads Guilty to Drug Charges, May Face 20 Years in Jail

Not even Superman could get out of this. Hello? Is this thing on?
Sam Jones III, who played Clark Kent's pal Pete Ross on Smallville from 2001-2008, pleaded guilty to conspiring to sell the painkiller oxycodone yesterday.
The "hillbilly heroin" dealer now faces up to 20 years in jail.

Jones was arrested at his Canoga Park, Calif., home in 2009 by the DEA.
According to the U.S. Attorneys Office, he pleaded guilty to serving as the "Hollywood connection" in a conspiracy to sell more than 10,000 pills.
Most recently, Jones had a regular role as Craig Shilo in the series Blue Mountain State. He also co-starred in the Karissa Shannon sex tape.

This is not what Demi Lovato needs right now.
The 18-year old singer, who has been in a rehab facility battling numerous personal issues since early November, is at the center of a Twitter picture controversy.
A pair of racy photos have been leaked online, both of which depict Lovato playing around with friends and pulling down her black bra for the camera. Are they relatively harmless? Yes.
But like Miley Cyrus and her recent bong controversy, young celebrities simply have to learn to be more careful when placed in certain situations. It really isn't that difficult. Check out Demi's scandalous photos below.

Shelley Malil Sentenced to Life in Prison

Shelley Malil has been sentenced to life in prison.
The actor, who was found guilty in September of trying to murder his ex-girlfriend, will be eligible for parole in 12 years. At yesterday's hearing, he told the judge: "I want to do whatever I need to do to make sure I make right from the wrong that I did."

Malil's victim, Kendra Beebe, was stabbed over 20 times. Her injuries included a punctured lung, along with cuts to her back, chest, arms and neck.

In his defense, the 40 Year-Old Virgin star claimed he became disoriented after arriving at Beebe's home and finding her with another man. He said he wielded his knife against an attacker he believed was trying to harm him.

The jury did not buy this story.

Jenelle Evans: Teen Mom 2 Train Wreck!

Jenelle Evans stars on Teen Mom 2 (watch the trailer here) this January. Typical for a cast member of the MTV show, she's had run-ins with the law.
More than a few, in fact.
Her arrest two months ago for breaking and entering and marijuana possession was the latest in a series of crazy police reports involving Janelle.

Teen Mom 2 star Janelle Evans is the mother of 16 month old Jace.

She was arrested back in October of this year for breaking and entering, marijuana possession and paraphernalia possession. Not a good combo.
The Oak Island, N.C., native was busted breaking into someone else's place and was released on a $2,000 bond. She is expected in court January 10.
In October 2008, Jenelle was arrested for sneaking through a bedroom window to see her then-boyfriend and father of her baby, Andrew Lewis.
According to the police report, she “continued to refuse to leave even after her mother attempted to take her home.” Jenelle Evans was arrested.
Luckily for her, Andrew’s mom dropped the charges provided that "[Jenelle] must not come to house uninvited and leave at reasonable hour.”
In December 2007, Jenelle ran away from home and her mom, Barbara, freaked out and called the police after her daughter fled home on foot.
According to the report, Jenelle “became upset after she confronted her about being impaired” and she “did not know where Jenelle was going.”
She was found at then-boyfriend Andrew’s house.
Then, just one month ago, Jenelle was committed to Brunswick Community Hospital involuntarily after experiencing some sort of meltdown.
A report claims after an examination “she was found not to be a threat to herself or anyone else” and was released early the next morning.
As for Jace's dad, her ex-boyfriend, Andrew, dude was arrested in 2008 for committing a misdemeanor against her, for which he was convicted.
He also was arrested for a DUI in August 2009, which was the same month their son, Jace, was born. Never an encouraging sign.
Needless to say ... expect some drama this season.

David Arquette Claims Sanity

David Arquette has found it. Or, to be more accurate, David Arquette claims he never lost it.
A day after appearing on Howard Stern's radio show and answering in the affirmative to whether or not he's suffering a nervous breakdown, the actor has Tweeted a clarification to the 12 people who care about his mental status.
"It is being reported that I'm having a Nervous Breakdown. I assure you am not. This stemmed from a joke I made."

What about other admissions made by Arquette this week, that he's "been drinking a lot" and would like to father a child with Drew Barrymore? Courteney Cox's ex Tweets:

"I always speak my mind and I really don't care what people that don't know me may say. I'm a good person with a huge heart. I thank those that have been on my side during this rough time."

He should also be thanking Cox for kicking him out. When was the last time David Arquette made this much news?!?

'Tis the season for somewhat revealing holiday cards.
We hate to say it, but compared to the Kardashian Khristmas Kard and other celebrity efforts, Paris Hilton's attempt to be sexy and/or glam is kinda weak.
The ho-tel heiress' seasonal shout-out evokes the old-time Hollywood glamour era, but it's not really clear why, or whether it's even appropriate or not.

People on Twitter love Justin Bieber.
Of the top 10 re-Tweeted messages of the whole year, one was by Justin Bieber, and two others pertained to Justin Bieber. Which makes sense ... it is his world.
While celebrity Tweets registering at "100+" is commonplace, the social networking site actually did compile the top 10 re-Tweeted messages of the year.

Weezy and Gaga both made the Twitter Top 10.

The year's top Twitter posts included a defiant Britney Spears, food for thought by Drake, and a hilarious, sad and topical one-liner by Steven Colbert.
Strangely, Al-Qaeda cracked the top five. It's a satirical account, not really updated by Osama Bin Laden ... we think. How morbidly funny would that be?
