Jesse James and Kat Von D: Engaged!

Fourth time's the charm? Jesse James and Kat Von D just announced they are engaged! Congratulations to the motorcycle guru and the tattoo artist!
James, who divorced Sandra Bullock last year after being embroiled in an epic sex scandal involving Michelle McGee and others, confirmed the news.
"You know sometimes the public and press gets it wrong. This is one of those times. 2010 was actually the best year of my life because I fell in love with my best friend," James tells People.

The much-maligned James went on to praise Kat as "An amazing woman who stood behind me when the world turned their backs."
"I have never met anyone so kind and loving and committed to making the world a better place every day. My love for her is beyond description," James adds. "I'm so honored she said 'yes.' Growing old with her is going to be a f----n' blast!"
James began dating Kat Von D this summer, following the collapse of his marriage to Bullock and her breakup with boyfriend Nikki Sixx.
"There is no one else for me. He's the one," The LA Ink said.
Asked if she will move from Los Angeles to Austin, Texas, to be with her fiancé, Von D replied, "If only it were that easy. Having two places we call home will be good for now. In the end, home is where the heart is, and my heart's with him."
There's always Tweeting during time apart.
Just last week, James, who has three kids from his first two marriages, Tweeted: "They say True love will always shine through. The only reason I started Twitter again? so I could publicly profess my love for @thekatvond."
She responded with her own Twitter PDA: "Thank you always supporting me and believing in everything I do. But most of all, thanks for being my best friend."

Christina Aguilera at Jeremy Renner Birthday Party: Wasted!

On January 8, Christina Aguilera woke up in the bed of Jeremy Renner. But it's not what you think. Not at all.
A new report in Us Weekly states that Christina didn't merely crash this Oscar nominee's 40th birthday bash - she went all Snooki at the event, got "wasted" and passed out in the actor's bedroom!

Hold on tightly, Matt Rutler. You don't want Christina to pass out on the sidewalk.

"Christina was a mess at that party," an insider says. "She acted like a fool. Her boyfriend was shushing her and telling her to go to sleep."

The magazine even quotes Renner himself as telling people about the incident at a Golden Globes after-party on Sunday night.

"Someone comes and tells me she's in my room," he allegedly told pals. "I run up and open the door and I'm like, 'Um, hi. What are you doing?' She just starts slurring. Her boyfriend [Matthew Rutler, pictured] was rubbing her back. Who comes to someone's birthday party that they don't know and gets in their bed?!"

He then (should have) added: "Genie in a bottle? More like drunk chick in my house! Am I right, fellas?!?"

Aguilera also, allegedly, started a fight with Julianne Hough over the weekend. Sounds like someone needs to remember the lessons taught to her on the Mickey Mouse Club.

Brooklyn Decker in Esquire: Rather Attractive

Brooklyn Decker opts for the tried and true "naked hot girl covered by a sheet while kneeling pose" on the cover of the new Esquire. She does well with it, too.
It's good to be Brook. Not only is she married to tennis star Andy Roddick, she made her film debut in the Adam Sandler phone-it-in wonder Just Go with It.
On second thought, so did Heidi Montag. Never mind.

What Adam Lambert Wants for His Birthday...

Adam Lamnert turns 29 on January 29 and he doesn't want new clothes, or a new guitar or even a scrunchy for his new, long hair.
Instead, the American Idol runner-up has just one request for the "best birthday gift" he could ask for: water.

Adam is asking everyone to donate to My Charity Water, a organization that directly funds clean water projects in developing nations. He Tweeted this week:
“Ok New goal: 290,000 by the 29th!!! Let’s give people in need clean water!!!”

While the 90210 star looks perfectly fine in the images released today as part of her spring campaign for Marc Ecko handbags, the timing simply couldn't be worse:
Brooklyn Decker has also gone naked in a new Esquire pictorial. By comparison, through no fault of her own, the actress looks about as attractive as Amy Winehouse in the morning. Tough break, AnnaLynne.

"I had so much fun shooting the Marc Ecko campaign, wearing nothing but the amazing handbags," AnnaLynne said in statement. "The ads are going to be so sexy!"

Is this meant to imply that Tom actually drugs Katie into submission, or is he just her hookup for the really high-grade heroin and cocaine she loves?

Taking advantage of a new opportunity to make headlines, Tequila is blabbing to people people that the two are "in love," as a source tells E! News they've been dating for "about six months."
"They're both serious, but she is way, way into him and stays at his place all the time," says the insider.

"It's so different from anything I've ever done, which was what made the shoot so fun for me," Khloe blogged. "YRB is known for being very wild and crazy with the content they publish, so I jumped at the chance to work with them! I love experimenting with different looks and this was the perfect opportunity for me to do that."

We'd have to assume Khloe snacked on fava beans and a nice chianti during the shoot.

Judson Birza, Survivor Nicaragua Winner, Arrested for Illegal Skateboarding

Judson Birza, who won what many consider to have been the most boring season in Survivor history, was arrested yesterday. For an equally unexciting reason.
The reality show champion was stopped by Santa Monica police because he was skateboarding in the street, which is a crime in the city. Due to his subsequent strange behavior, Birza was booked on charges of being under the influence of a controlled substance.

Police also discovered an unrelated DUI warrant, as well as a probation violation, on Birza's record when he was taken into custody.

Judson has been released on $37,000 bail.

Brad WHOA-mack: The Bachelor Has a Criminal History

When this season of The Bachelor premiered, contestants were noticeably wary of Brad Womack because he left both finalists with a broken heart during his first run on the show.
But suitors now have a new reason to worry: Womack is a criminal!!!
According to police records, Brad was arrested in 1993 for forging a Texas driver's license. Did ABC miss this infraction during its background check because Womack was booked under his birth name, Stephen Bradley Pickelsimer? Or did the network not care because he's just so gosh darn handsome?

This felony counterfeiting charge netted Womack 180 days of probation.

Meanwhile, Star Magazine also reports that the bachelor was busted for public intoxication and for passing a bad check. Consider yourself warned, Emily Maynard.

Montana Fishburne: Screwed By Prosecutors?

Since the release of the Chippy D sex tape last fall, Montana Fishburne became sort of a household name. At least in gossip and/or adult video circles.
Her troubled past has since come to light as well, and the aspiring porn star now says she was jerked around (so to speak) in her assault conviction.
Montana Fishburne blieves she was duped by prosecutors who she says went back on the plea bargain she struck, and her lawyer has court over it.

COME HITHER: Montana would like some raw justice.

Montana's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, filed legal papers in L.A., claiming that last June, prosecutors who filed the assault case agreed to allow Montana to enter a rehab program for 90 days, and in return she'd get no jail time.
Montana, based on the L.A. City Attorney's offer, entered a rehab center in September. She is seeking psychiatric help for myriad issues in the facility.
According to Holley, prosecutors did an about-face in November and told her they wanted Montana to serve 120 days in jail (she is serving 180 in rehab).
Holley has gone to the judge, asking her to enforce the deal her client relied on.
Be it behind bars or in a treatment facility, hopefully she gets the help she needs and gets back to doing what she loves soon. Right, Laurence?

Willow Smith Rumored to Reprise Annie

Can you imagine Willow Smith in the role of little orphan Annie? You might not need to imagine it in the near future.
This possibility is inching close to reality, as Variety reports that Will Smith is exploring a potential remake of the iconic musical, hoping to bring it to the big screen with his daughter in the title role.

The elder Smith found success making a similar reboot with his son and The Karate Kid. A sequel starring Jaden Smith is likely on the way.

Insiders say Jay-Z, who collaborated with Willow on "Whip My Hair," is in talks to work on the movie's soundtrack. But the real question is this: might Will Smith shave his head and take on the part of Daddy Warbucks?
