Alexis Neiers Held Without Bail After Heroin Bust

Pretty Wild star Alexis Neiers' probation was revoked after her recent black tar heroin arrest. That will usually do it. She was ordered to be held without bail.
Pending a hearing Thursday, she'll be chilling in jail. The E! reality star had been on probation after being arrested in a celebrity burglary ring last year.
Alexis Neiers was arrested this week when she failed to check in with her probation officer, cops came to her home in response and found her with heroin.

Nick Lachey Speaks on Vanessa Minnillo, Wedding, Kids

No wedding date has been set for Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo. But the former has a plan for when discussions turn to this recently-engaged couple's nuptials.
"I want it to be about her," Lachey told People. "Any guy will tell you that it's probably more about the bride than the groom. It's just about celebrating your love for each other."

And Lachey certainly has a lot of love for Minnillo. "She's my soulmate in every way," he said, adding:

"She gets me, I get her. We enjoy a lot of the same things and we enjoy each other's company."

Nick is in a race to the altar with ex-wife Jessica Simpson, who got engaged to Eric Johnson the same week Lachey and Minnillo agreed to marry. But this ex-boy bander isn't worried about that.

He's more focused on having kids in the near future, referencing the children brother Nick has when asked about that topic.

"I'm pushing 40 here, so the time is probably imminent. Everything happens in the right time and for now, it's good training to be an uncle. Hopefully mine will turn out as good as [Drew's]!"

lex Welch Pics Reveal Black Eye, Extent of Demi Lovato Attack

With Demi Lovato working on her personal issues inside an Illinois rehab facility, Alex Welch is left to ponder a response to her unfortunate interaction with the famous singer.
Welch is the backup dancer who was attacked by Lovato shortly before Demi took this break from her career. Sources say Lovato was angry because she believed Alex had tattled about a party the night before.
As a result, she walked up to Welch on a private jet "and with a closed fist, struck her on the left side of her face," an insider tells TMZ. That site has also just published the following pics of Welch soon after this attack:

Lovato was removed from the plane and has been out of the public eye since.

Welch, meanwhile, has retained counsel and is considering a lawsuit. Click on either of the photos above and you can clearly see the reason why: Demi left her with visible bruises on the left eye/cheek.

Elisabeth Hasselbeck: Violated By Sarah Palin!

Elisabeth Hasselbeck, who introduced Sarah Palin at political rallies back in 2008 and campaigned for the V.P. candidate, feels used and abused by her now.
“Elizabeth feels used by the former governor,” a source told PopEater. “She stood up and did everything she could to get Sarah to the White House."

Brooke Mueller Checks into Sober Living Facility, Reality Show Unaffected

The mother of Brooke Mueller has confirmed that her child is still battling with substance abuse problems.
In fact, Moira Fiore says Mueller has checked herself into a sober living facility for about the next two weeks.
"She is struggling with her sobriety and we are going away on a cruise so we feel better that she will be there while we are gone," says Fiore. "It is a facility for very wealthy people trying to fight addictions. Brooke is really trying to get her life back."
Unfortunately, it doesn't sound as though Brooke is as happy and healthy as she previously claimed.

But there is this piece of good news, courtesy of Kathy Hilton, who is shooting an Oxygen reality show with Mueller and daughter Paris Hilton: "Brooke is fine and taking preventative measures. [It] won't affect the show."

Thank goodness. We can all breathe easier now.
