Sam Jones III Pleads Guilty to Drug Charges, May Face 20 Years in Jail

Sam Jones III, who played Clark Kent's pal Pete Ross on Smallville from 2001-2008, pleaded guilty to conspiring to sell the painkiller oxycodone yesterday.
The "hillbilly heroin" dealer now faces up to 20 years in jail.

Jones was arrested at his Canoga Park, Calif., home in 2009 by the DEA.
According to the U.S. Attorneys Office, he pleaded guilty to serving as the "Hollywood connection" in a conspiracy to sell more than 10,000 pills.
Most recently, Jones had a regular role as Craig Shilo in the series Blue Mountain State. He also co-starred in the Karissa Shannon sex tape.
