Kim Kardashian Kashes in on Lack of Talent, Appearances, Reality TV

This is what giant boobs, a lack of talent and zero hesitation to attach your name to any product on the market will get you: A bank account larger than any other reality star on television.
In a new study conducted by The Daily Beast, Kim Kardashian was ranked the highest earner of all those that have benefited from a culture that asks most celebrities to bring nothing to the table except Twitter accounts and children.

PETA Lambasts Hunting, Sarah Palin's Alaska

In a clash of the media-hungry, supremely unintelligent titans, PETA has a bone to pick with Sarah Palin after the most recent episode of her TLC reality show.
A hunting scene, hilariously prefaced by a "Viewer Discretion Advised" warning, aired Sunday on Sarah Palin’s Alaska. In it, the ex-gov bagged a caribou.
Never one to let an opportunity for publicity justice pass, PETA issued a statement condemning the show and the potential White House hopeful starring in it.
PETA vs. Palin
Sarah doesn't go hunting. That implies a chance of failure. Sarah goes KILLING.
“Sarah Palin seems to think that resorting to violence and blood and guts may lure people into watching her boring show,” said PETA V.P. Dan Mathews.
“But the ratings remain as dead as the poor animals she shoots.”
Ooh, that one hurts. Sort of inaccurate though, Dan. The show got 3.5 million viewers Sunday, up from 3 million the previous week. On TLC. It's a hit.
Sarah actually hasn't commented (give it an hour). But last weekend on Facebook, she wrote that “unless you’ve never worn leather shoes, sat on a leather couch or eaten a piece of meat, save your condemnation of tonight’s episode."

What is Kellan Lutz Looking for in a Woman?

Might you be the perfect woman for Kellan Lutz?
On his heels of break up with 90210 star AnnaLynne McCord, the actor was asked what he looks for in a mate and told E! News:
“[I want] a normal girl... I just want someone who can bowl, throw a football, and likes to be athletic. And really just loves life and is happy and smiles. It’s tough to find someone who can take a time out and just live.”
Welcome to His Gun ShowK. Lutz
Are you taking notes, ladies? If so, you could be waking up next to THIS some day soon.
Lutz was also asked about close friend Ashley Greene dating Joe Jonas and gave the couple a major seal of hot approval:
“Joe’s a good friend of mine. He’s a really cool guy. He’s one of the boys.”

Portia de Rossi Turns Down Dancing With the Stars; Same-Sex Partner Idea Shelved For Now

Dancing With The Stars producers aren't quite ready fora same-sex couple on the ballroom floor after Portia de Rossi didn't pan out, according to reports.
"If Portia agreed, this would have been a done deal," an ABC insider says.
Ellen DeGeneres' actress wife "was the only star that really could have pulled this off without completely offending the program's conservative viewers."
Portia and Ellen
Ellen still dances a lot on her show, at least.
Portia was rumored to be going Dancing next year, but turned down overtures from the network for unknown reasons. As a result, the show "isn't in a rush to have a same-sex dancing couple just to get attention and publicity."
The show has a soft spot for stunt casting - Kate Gosselin and Bristol Palin are just the newest, best examples - but DWTS isn't out to push the envelope.
"With all the debate going on about Don't Ask, Don't Tell now, this would have been the perfect time to do this," one Hollywood casting director said.
"Yet, Dancing With the Stars has never been about pushing the envelope. It's a huge hit precisely because it doesn't make anyone uncomfortable."
Some sources feel the backlash over Palin's surprising finals run on the show caught producers by surprise and they're looking to avoid conflict.
"After Bristol, I predict it will be the most boring stars next season," an insider says. "When you have a hit this big, everyone is scared to mess it up."
What do you think of same-sex DWTS partners?

Kim Kardashian and Gabriel Aubry: It's (Already) Over!

You can rest easy now, Halle Berry. Kim Kardashian is no longer trying to steal your life.
Sources tell Life & Style that Kardashian has already called it quits with short-term boyfriend Gabriel Aubry, with whom she was spotted on a couple dates last month.
"Kim feels like Gabriel was just using her for her fame," an insider told the magazine, adding that the 34-year old model "is older than Kim is looking for."

Of course, Kim isn't just sitting at home on Saturday nights. Another source says there's a "real spark" between her and New Jersey Nets forward Kris Humphries. They first dined together in early November and also went out in NYC this past weekend.
"Kim likes him much more than Gabriel," says a friend. "He's normal, so much fun and cute. He's perfect for what Kim wants right now, which is some fun dates and some fun times."
And courtside seats so the camera can find her, naturally.
