Brooke Mueller Checks into Sober Living Facility, Reality Show Unaffected

The mother of Brooke Mueller has confirmed that her child is still battling with substance abuse problems.
In fact, Moira Fiore says Mueller has checked herself into a sober living facility for about the next two weeks.
"She is struggling with her sobriety and we are going away on a cruise so we feel better that she will be there while we are gone," says Fiore. "It is a facility for very wealthy people trying to fight addictions. Brooke is really trying to get her life back."
Unfortunately, it doesn't sound as though Brooke is as happy and healthy as she previously claimed.
One Day at a Time
But there is this piece of good news, courtesy of Kathy Hilton, who is shooting an Oxygen reality show with Mueller and daughter Paris Hilton: "Brooke is fine and taking preventative measures. [It] won't affect the show."
Thank goodness. We can all breathe easier now.

NeNe Leakes Continues to Milk Marital Problems for Every Last Drop of Publicity

NeNe Leakes wants fans to pray for her as she struggles through her marriage to Gregg.
She also wants them to keep giving her attention and sympathy as she milks the couple's relationship for every last drop of publicity.
Following an episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta that saw NeNe meet with a divorce lawyer because she was angry at Gregg for going off on her in a radio interview, Leakes now tells Essence she and her husband are "still together."

"We are in the same house and we are still legally married. But that's not to say we won't be unmarried," she said. "One day is good, the next day is bad."
NeNe says Gregg does not want a divorce, and she's afraid of going through with one herself:
"Gregg is my friend and he's been that for years. He's always been a great rock for me and I'm afraid that if we really break it off for good I won't have that rock."
Plus, she won't have anything to continually blog about. NeNe has already used up plastic surgery as a way to make headlines, what other reason aside from relationship drama does she have for being in the news?!?

Antoine Walker Sued For Ganking Fiancee

Former NBA star Antoine Walker is being sued a guy for $5 million.
The charge? That 'Toine stole his fiancee! He's accused of putting the moves on an engaged woman a few months ago, then laughing when dumped him.
Kevin Jenkins says he actually caught his fiancee having "an intimate moment" with Walker back in October and decided he would approach the pair.

That suit and ring have likely been repossessed.
At that point, "Mr. Walker taunted and laughed at Jenkins with the intent of causing him emotional distress." Jenkins says he became suicidal as a result.
Now, he wants Antoine to cough up that sum. Good luck with that, given Walker's very serious financial problems. Dude blew like $100 million bucks!
Oddly enough, Walker himself was engaged to Evelyn Lozada (above) before he went broke and she glommed on to Chad Ochocino instead. Go figure.

Octomom Told to Pay Up or GTFO By New Year's

The man who holds the note to Octomom's house is once again saying how he's fed up with her games, and now wants her to pay $450,000 by January 1.
Plus interest, natch.

A $450,000 balloon payment has been looming over the mother of 14 for months ... it becomes due every time she falls behind on California mortgage payments.
Amer, who planned to publicly shame her the last time this happened, only to have her scrape together the cash last minute, says she's fallen behind once again.
Guy served Octomom's lawyer with a letter demanding Nads pay the full $450,000 balance plus interest by December 31 or get out of her La Habra home.
She scraped up the cash last time somehow ... can she do it again?!?
