Erin Andrews is still waging a legal war over her infamous (and illegally shot) naked peephole video, thanks to The Dirty, which flat-out won't take the pics down.
More than a year after that perv Michael David Barrett illegally filmed Erin Andrews nude (he's in jail), she says she can still find pics from the tape on the site.
Her lawyer has filed a letter demanding they be removed from cyberspace, but The Dirty, operated by Shayne Lamas' husband Nik Richie, refuses to comply.
LEAVE ERIN ALONE! Seriously, guys. Stop being Dirty.
Erin's lawyer claims "the copyright of these images belongs exclusively to [Andrews]" and by posting them, The Dirty constitutes an invasion of her privacy.Team Andrews wants all trace of them erased, 86'ing them "from all search engines, including, but not limited to, Google" ... lest a serious lawsuit will be filed.
After receiving the letter, The Dirty not only failed to comply, they reposted the pics at the top of their site. Now that's just asking for it. Enjoy court, guys.
