Kevin Maher, Danielle Staub’s ex-husband, is still pretty fighting mad. He just got done taking on Danielle for several disparaging statements she made on the show, the Real Housewives of New Jersey.The two ended up settling out-of-court for an undisclosed amount of money. He originally asked for $5 million but there’s no word on how much money exchanged hands.
Well, Maher, apparently isn’t finished yet. He’s still on the war path. This time he is taking on the publishing company that published Danielle’s book, “The Naked Truth.” Simon and Shuster is the publisher.
Maher threatened the publishing house when word leaked that Staub would be penning a book for them, with lawsuit. They proceeded and now Maher wants them to pay-up, to the tune of $10 million.
No word yet from Simon and Shuster. Maher and Staub settled. Maher is probably hoping that Simon and Shuster settles as well. Being able to collet a few million dollars for almost no work at all, would be a pretty sweet deal.
