Paris Hilton Sex Tape Downloaders: Sued!

Sorry, cyber sex tape pirates. Those of you downloading the Paris Hilton sex tape and trying to re-sell it are likely to get served with a giant ass lawsuit.
You may also want to run McAfee virus scan. Just saying.
It's hard to believe it's been seven years since the Paris Hilton sex tape, a.k.a. the only reason you know who Paris Hilton is, first surfaced on the Internet, but it's still super popular online, as 843 purveyors illegally selling it prove.

A rare clothed shot of Paris Hilton and ex Rick Salomon.
The company that owns the copyright to 1 Night in Paris (title never gets old) has filed the suit against 843 "John Does" for cyber-stealing the infamous flick.
The Paris Hilton sex tape is referred to as a "motion picture" in the suit. Amusing, since it's just Paris' hands, mouth and hips in various stages of motion.
The defendants all allegedly pilfered the "motion picture" between 2010 and 2011, so you can imagine how many times it's been ganked since 2003-2004.
In the year of its release, Rick Salomon made $10M, making it the most lucrative night vision sex romp in history. You almost have to give the sleaze credit.
Paris quietly settled out of court for a cut of the proceeds.
